In this restitution guide you will find the guidelines on which your company car will be assessed upon return. The restitution guide is a supplement to the General Terms & Conditions.
Damage inspection is performed by an independent firm. The technician evaluates the vehicle’s condition and differs between normal wear and tear and damages which may be charged to the lessee. The inspection is documented and all damages are photographed.
Please remember that damages that are not normal wear and tear should always be adjusted before the return. Please note that the damage should be reported within the period that is stated on your certificate of guarantee. On the following pages you can see how we differ between normal wear and tear and damages.
